🪚 Tree Removal & Safety

How do I know if my tree needs to be removed?

Common signs include large dead or falling branches, visible cracks in the trunk, a sudden lean, fungus or mushrooms at the base, storm damage, pest infestation, or roots causing structural issues. If you're unsure, we can perform a professional tree evaluation on-site.

Can you remove trees close to my house or power lines?

Do you handle storm damage or emergency removals?

Yes. We offer emergency storm response for fallen trees, storm-damaged limbs, and unsafe situations. We prioritize jobs where safety or property is at immediate risk.

How do you price your services?

Pricing is based on tree size and species, location and accessibility, risk level, equipment required, and cleanup needs. Every estimate is clear, transparent, and provided upfront before any work begins.

How quickly can you schedule a job?

Most jobs can be scheduled within a few days, depending on the season and workload. Emergency work is handled as soon as possible, with storm-damage calls taking priority.

Do you require payment upfront?

No. You pay only after the work is completed and you are fully satisfied with the results.

🧹 Cleanup & Property Protection

Do you clean up after the job?

Yes. Cleanup is included with every service. We remove limbs, brush, and debris, rake or blow off work areas, and leave your property looking clean and cared for.

Will my lawn or property be damaged during the job?

We take every precaution to protect your lawn, landscaping, and structures. We use the right equipment, protective mats when needed, and safe work practices to minimize impact on your yard.

🪵 Stump Grinding & Removal

Is stump grinding included with tree removal?

Stump grinding is available as an optional add-on service, since some customers choose to keep the stump. We’ll include it as a separate line item in your estimate so you can decide what works best for you.

How deep do you grind stumps?

We typically grind stumps 6–12 inches below grade, depending on your plans for the area (re-seeding, re-planting, landscaping, or future projects).

🌱 Tree Health & Maintenance

Do you offer tree health evaluations?

Yes. We inspect your trees for pests, disease, decay, and structural issues, then recommend the best plan—whether that’s pruning, cabling, monitoring, or removal when necessary.

How often should trees be trimmed or pruned?

Most trees benefit from professional trimming every 1–3 years, depending on the species, age, and location. Regular pruning improves safety, health, and overall appearance.
